This two-day in-person workshop is designed to prepare your organization with the Theory of Constraints (TOC), focusing on reducing throughput, eliminating and reducing operational constraints. It is best suited for teams, inclusive of senior managers and executives, in order to obtain cross-functional buy-in necessary to remove systemic obstacles to flow.
In the two full-day sessions on February 24 and March 17, you will: Identify the key constraints in your operations:
Learn how to address these constraints to achieve operational excellence.
Learn to leverage the operational excellence for healthy and sustainable growth.
Hands-on application of TOC to your home environment.

Join us for a two-day, practitioner-led workshop focused on leadership, storytelling, and learning from real-world operations. Hosted at Woodard Cleaning & Restoration, this interactive experience features presentations and Q&A sessions with industry leaders from McKee Foods, Story Construction, Cambridge Air Solutions, and Helena Industries.
Day one concludes with a leadership session, Leading “Work”: From Inside Out and Outside In, led by Dave Hyem, retired Vice President from Boeing.
Day two wraps up with closing discussions focused on key learnings and next steps.
